The District
Sabine Pass ISD has 265 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 on one campus. The district covers 300 square miles and includes the southern one-third of Jefferson County. The district is in a coastal plain area bounded on the south by the Gulf of Mexico and on the east by Sabine Lake.
Sabine Pass ISD offers comprehensive programs that include Distance Learning and collaborates with Lamar University for dual credit courses.
